I met my husband, Rhett, in 2005. Only 6 short months after being together he popped the question and we were planning to be married exactly 1 year from date we met. A few months later we got the tragic news that he had testicular cancer. We immediately got married. After surgery and chemo, he got a clean bill of health and I was then diagnosed with breast cancer -- Can we say soul mates? In 3 years, I have been through 8 surgeries, 6 months of chemo, a recurrence, radiation, and let's not forget one of the most challenging parts - early menopause.

Since then, I have been an avid runner, competing in local races and completing my first marathon in January of 2009! I now work as a Beachbody coach and am also a full-time student at Richmont Graduate University. I recently began the P90X system and absolutely love it! I’ve learned that emphasizing total body wellness is not just a short term goal but a long term lifestyle. My passion ultimately lies in having the opportunity to help others succeed where they once thought they never would. I was not born a runner and could barely complete a quarter of a mile when I first joined the cross country team. I consistently remind others that anything is possible as long as you have patience, an open mind, and desire. I cannot wait to get you to where you want to be!

 Atlanta, Georgia - I am a 41 year old wife and mother of four beautiful children ages 20, 13, 7 and 6 with a full-time job. I was born and raised in Russia, where lots of walking compensated for not so healthy eating habits. After my youngest daughter, Lydia, was born in November 2003 it was my goal to lose all the weight I gained during my last 2 pregnancies and stay healthy for the rest of my life to take care of my family. I had about 35 pounds to go to reach that goal. I realized that exercise alone might not do the trick and started searching for healthier, more nutritious foods. A friend of mine involved me in running and here I am - 2 and half years later, logging around 20 miles every week and trying very hard to watch what I eat. I am in best shape of my life, so passionate about fitness and healthy eating habits. This became my lifestyle! I met so many wonderful supporting people along the way sharing the same vision. I was very thrilled and honored to be invited as a coach for Team Beachbody!!! Now armed with personal experience and tools available through Beachbody LLC it is my goal to spread the word and helps others to achieve their goals!!! Andy saw a couple at the beach who were in phenominal shape and thought he and his wife could get there as a team. They decided that P90X was the program they knew would get them to their goals. Successfully completed first phase of P90X and lost 1 1/2 inches off his waist in 30 days!
